Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size of the object being shipped. After you complete your purchase, a member of our team will reach out with the shipping charge separately.
Many pieces are made to order so lead times vary and are noted in the description of each individual product page.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rudehaus.com within 14 days of receipt. We will discuss the issue and, if necessary, process a refund once the item is safely returned to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping, and the item remains your responsibility until we receive it. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the piece and issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please be aware that if you initiate a return after 15 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
