Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size and weight of the object being shipped.
Many pieces are made to order so lead times vary and are noted in the description of each individual product page.
If you have any questions before completing your purchase, our team is happy to assist you.
Returns
All objects in our shop are single editions or made to order — made by hand, by real people. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns.
That said, we want you to love what you bring home. If something arrives damaged or you aren't satisfied with your order, reach out to us at hello@rudehaus.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Any modifications made to products will void return eligibility.
