Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size and weight of the object being shipped.
Many pieces are made to order so lead times vary and are noted in the description of each individual product page.
If you have any questions before completing your purchase, our team is happy to assist you.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rudehaus.com within 14 days of receipt.
We’ll work with you to sort things out, and if a return is needed, we’ll process your refund once the item makes it back to us safely. Return shipping is not covered by Rude Haus, but we’ll help guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible.
Once received, our team will inspect the piece and issue a refund to your original payment method.
