Elana Shvalbe is a designer based in New York. Her story is one of materiality, collaboration, and human connection. Elana is a first generation Canadian-born designer, currently working in the fields of furniture. Her studio centers on thoughtful and familial approaches to bespoke furniture, and tableware, that is influenced by her experiences in hospitality, fine arts, and her Middle- Eastern and Russian-Ukranian cultural upbringing.
